Loading ...Cingular 8525 Slated for year End?
Is it true? Rumor has it that the Cingular 8525 (HTC Hermes) is due out on the Cingular network by year end. Improvements from the previous version of 8125 appear to be a 2.1 megapixel camera vs. the 1.3 megapixel and well as the addition of limited 3G network support and the rest of the previous 8125 features including WiFi. The front facing video camera appears missing from the original HTC Hermes design which means the phone won’t support video calling. Thanks for the tease Cingular. The Cingular network is evidently not capable just yet of fully supporting the video calling feature. The shape of the phone is still similar to the 8125 however we don’t know for sure what the final product will look like.
