Electric Car Beats Ferrari and Porsche

Silicon Valley startup company Wrightspeed, Inc. a has developed an electric car that snacks on Ferraris and Porsche’s. They call their electric hot rod the X1. The X1 is only a prototype so you can’t run out to the dealer and but one just yet. The X1 goes 0-60 in 3 seconds, gets the equivalent of 170 mpg and weighs in at 1536 lbs. “There’s no clutch, no shifting, precise and immediate control of torque in drive and braking, perfect traction control…first gear takes you to 112mph…” Wow that’s some serious performance.
