TomTom One Portable GPS - Now an unbeatable GPS Value
If you have been in the market for a portable GPS but have been holding out for a better price, your wait is over.
I honestly can say that I don’t know of a more feature packed GPS unit at a better current price than the TomTom ONE. When they first came out I paid about $430.00 minus a $100 rebate. This brought the final price down to $330 which wasn’t a bad price. Others paid as much as $499. Ouch!
TomTom came out with the their ONE model last year which is featured packed and perfect for most drivers looking for a portable GPS. The TomTom ONE when first released in 2006 was a great deal especially considering the fact that is was packed with features previously only found on GPS units costing hundreds of dollars more than the ONE. One great feature about the ONE is the fact that it is very easy to use. Just type in your destination address or intersection and off you go. It’s that easy. I appreciate the ease and speed of use since I am frequently in a hurry and traveling to multiple destinations throughout the day.
Features include:
- Built-in Bluetooth™ technology for TomTom PLUS services
- Easy connection process to the mobile phone for PLUS Services
- Remembers up to 5 different mobile phones to connect to - Plug & Go: Works straight out of the box.
- High quality touchscreen
- User-friendly menu with high resolution graphics
- Tip Feature: discover everything ONE has to offer through useful onscreen tips.
- Fast GPS signal fix
- Portable, lightweight and wallet-sized
I know people who have paid as little as $250.00 for the TomTom ONE without rebates! That is a serious deal for this GPS. If you’re in the market for a portable GPS solution then I highly recommend the TomTom ONE. I wouldn’t trade mine for anything.
