An overview of the HTC Mega has leaked out. This upcoming smartphone will apparently be one of the first to debut with Windows Mobile 6.5, the next version of this operating system from Microsoft.

However, this doesn’t mean the Mega will be a cutting-edge device — the details that have leaked out show that it will instead be an entry-level model.

For example, it will have only a relatively small, low-resolution display: 2.8 inches and 240 by 320 pixels.

This phone will reportedly run Windows Mobile on a 528 MHz Qualcomm processor, with 256 MB of RAM.
