Ferrari’s new steering wheel inspires us.

Ferrari’s new mid-engined supercar, the 458 Italia, has a steering wheel bristling with buttons, switches, and knobs. We wondered what sort of controls could be retrofitted to the steering wheels of more everyday cars. Why stop at turn signals? Why not aim a bit higher?
