Android-powered smartphones are nothing new, but the MID-M1 is making waves for what manufacturer Inbrics seemingly intends to be a truly all-in-one mobile device.

This upcoming sliding phone will a 3.7-inch WVGA (800×480) AM-OLED touchscreen, and feature 3G, Wi-Fi, and WiMAX support.

A 3-megapixel camera on the back along with a VGA camera on the front, coupled with VoIP software, would seem to make the MID-M1 ideal for mobile video conferencing.
