Well saw this coming. whenever Google updates the Maps App all your setting get set to what they want. I noticed this with the last update.
When the app updated all my location setting where turned on. Needless to say I wasnt happy but they all do this. Facebook was the worst offender,Si I thought.
Location has its place and does make traveling to new places easier

Hi ElectroGeek…I’m so frustrated. Here I am reading all this praise for your suggestion and it did not work for me. I still get the error. I am running WinXP and I just upgraded from Office2007 to 2010. I renamed my profile; and repaired through Add/Remove. I’d rather not remove it and reinstall. All other programs work except for Outlook. Ideas?

I think the Android OS is not half as good as the Windows OS. I owned the old windows phones for years and switched to Android last year. Though I like the toys that comes with the Android, but the combo of a faulty OS and Verizon seems like too much to over come. All I ever had to do with my windows phone is sometimes restart the phone, with the Android Verizon is suggesting that the only thing that can fix the dropped calls and no data access issues is to reset the phone to factory settings. Now talk about a disaster, I would say the Android is one. In addition the windows phone as they seem to be using the same technology as used on the Zune – I have only seen better pictures on 46″ 1080P with some of the blue ray movies. . . So, everyone has a view point I’d say look around and make up your own mind. Windows is a far better system than any fly by night Google. Good luck

Sigh… Did Apple pay this guy. I know that anything that is better than Windows Mobile 6.5 is worth purchasing over Apple. Heck, my Windows Mobile 6 classic device can put any Ipod, Ipod Touch, I phone to shame functionality wise. And there are different more superficial looking interfaces that it can be given. But enough about the facts concerning WM 6 or WM 6.5, WM 7 is an amazing revamp of WM. I never thought that the best mobile o.s. could be revamped, it was so perfect to begin with. The facts are that if WM 7 can do both business and entertainment needs hand in hand than it is going to be great. WM is the Cinderella Man. It is highly underrated and I expect biased critics to do the same for WM 7.
