Job Position:
Computer Support Technician
Locations:
Chicago Metro Area - Palm Springs, California
We are
looking for Computer Support Technicians with a
minimum of 2 years experience supporting end users with the
following:
- Windows
98,ME,2000,XP (Home/Pro),Vista
- Windows 2000/2003 Server
- Wired/Wireless
Networking - NetGear, Linksys, D-Link, Belkin, etc.

Virus/Spyware Removal
-
Microsoft Office Products
- Upgrades
including: Hard Disk Drives, DVD Drives, Video cards,
etc.
- Data
Backup/Recovery/Transfer
-
Operating System installing/troubleshooting/repair
This is a
part-time, contract position which may lead to full-time.
You must own a reliable car with valid insurance. You will
be driving to clients homes/offices to perform computer support functions on
an on-call basis.
Certifications are a plus but not required.

Outside Sales Rep – Information Technology Services

Are you a motivated,
experienced, sales pro? We are looking for individuals who
wish to earn in excess of $50K to $250K per
year or more. There is unlimited earning potential for the
right
candidates. We are looking for individuals with 2 or more
years of sales experience selling IT
services, service contracts or related technology services.
This is a straight commission only
position.
Job Description:
You will prospect new clients
by various methods including cold calling. You will be
responsible for proactively prospecting new clients.
Objective of sales calls will be to inform, generate
interest and set appointments for our staff to meet the new prospects.
You do not need to close a sale to earn a commission!
Job responsibilities include:
• Prospecting new clients.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of business to ensure business
quotas can be exceeded.
• Respond to and manage inbound sales calls and emails.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through strong
interpersonal skills.
• Provide customer based feedback and ideas to management.
Requirements:
• Excellent presentation
skills and be technically knowledgeable with the ability to
relate technology to business issues.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication
skills.
• Adept in basic computer skills. (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel,
Word)
• Cold calling experience a must.
• 2 + years experience in sales.
• Experience selling IT/Computer Support Services
• Consistently exceeded sales quotas
• Experience speaking with all levels of executives
