IPod Shuffle copier demands $100m from Apple

A Taiwanese manufacturer of portable MP3 players is demanding $100m in damages from Apple. 

Luxpro unveiled a portable MP3 player in 2005 dubbed the Super Shuffle that closely resembled Apple’s iPod Shuffle. The company later started selling the device under the Super Tangent brand, and clearly placed its corporate logo on the device.
