Randy was awesome! Helped me improve the performance of my computer while making sure that no malware, viruses or worse were lurking in the background. He was knowledgeable, pleasant an extremely efficient. He will be my go-to guy for any subsequent issues, upgrades or replacements. A terrific experience.

Randy optimized and organized the data on my computer, deleting meaningless files and creating new files to house the documents. He also trouble shot my Wifi to maximize the signal. He was very professional and polite, letting me know what he was going to do before he did it. He also offered further steps for me to do on my own to make the overall system work more efficiently. I recommend him highly and will use him again in the future.

Randy cleaned and updated my 7 year old laptop, taking it from a frozen stop to a quicker than new condition. He then set-up an automated backup with syncing to my new desktop and to my attached hard disks to avoid the calamity of a crash which might be unrecoverable in the future.

Highly recommend his services and expertise.
